Spicy Chicken Sandwich Wraps

As long as it’s filled with the right ingredients a wrap is a great meal idea that tastes delicious and is healthy too. These spicy chicken wraps will keep all the family happy and guests satisfied – in a hurry!


  • 1 chicken breast (4-6 oz.)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 tbs coconut oil for cooking chicken 
  • Lettuce heads for wraps
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)


1. Slice the chicken in thin pieces

2. In a bowl whisk the egg

3. Add garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper, hot pepper flakes (optional) 

4. Add coconut oil into a frying pan

5. Coat chicken in egg mixture

6. Add chicken into the frying pan and cook on medium heat for several minutes

7. Assemble wraps and enjoy
