Yes, seeing numbers go down on the scale is great but the bigger picture is also about how you feel in your own body and how much mental effort it takes to maintain that lost weight.

Having a positive relationship with food
Freedom from constantly worrying about calories, diets, lbs etc
Feeling in control of your weight with ease
Feeling more vital and energized in your body
It’s not just about weight loss. It’s about feeling good and free inside your body and loving yourself inside and out.
