Sirloin, Spinach & Mushroom Burger

  • 6 oz sirloin patty
  • 1 cup leaf spinach
  • 1 cup mushrooms

1. Grill or broil your sirloin patty & cook to taste

2. Cut mushrooms and add to bowl along with spinash, toss with 2 tsp olive oil

3. Saute mushrooms and spinach in pan until soft, add garlic to taste

4. Assemble burger with mushrooms & spinach on top

5. Add 1 slice of low fat American cheese (optional)
