Life isn’t about depriving yourself. 

Healthy living is all about BALANCE!! 

It’s about knowing you can indulge, enjoy the moments in your life, have a glass of wine…

and it won’t be a detrimental setback in your overall healthy lifestyle. 

It’s about having confidence you can have these things because you’ve also set up healthy habits into your lifestyle.

Our next principle to Body Freedom is Course Correction. 


If you’ve experienced cyclical weight gain ask yourself why? What was missing that allowed you to go back into that cycle? 

You need to have a game plan and mindset in place so you’re ready and know what your strategies are for course correction.   

This is key. 

It doesn’t have to be a huge issue when you’ve gained a little bit of weight or indulged a little. 

You’ve just got it handled.

Sometimes you can get knocked out of your regular healthy habits and get into this spiral of overdoing it on delicious carbs, sugary treats, alcohol and a whole lot of sitting & relaxing. 

The gym is a dusty forgotten place and meals have turned into a gluttonous festival cruise. 

I get it. 

All we need is a bit of a Course Correction when we’ve gone off track, by committing to eating clean, detoxing our body and refocusing our mindset for a short period of time so that we can get back on a path of healthy lifestyle habits to feel and look great again.
