  • 2 medium-sized zucchini, spiralized or cut into thin strips
  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, grilled and sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 small carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 cup snow peas
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
