In every one of my weight loss programs, I emphasize the importance of nutrient-dense, whole foods—and one of the easiest and most effective ways to get there is to eat a wide variety of colourful vegetables and fruits. Each colour group offers its own unique set of phytonutrients—plant-based compounds that support everything from immune function and gut health to hormone balance and fat metabolism.
