Give yourself permission to be on this journey. Set boundaries and break your unhealthy patterns. I am giving you permission to stake this claim, draw your line in the sand because you need to do it. And if you don't do it, you're just going to continually get frustrated. And and the beauty of this is you're going to actually create a new lifestyle, habits that will support you in a lifestyle where you can enjoy your health, 
Sometimes it's hard. It can be a bit uncomfortable, but the short term discomfort of doing that is much better in the long term discomfort of never being happy in your body, having your health deteriorate, not feeling great, poor quality of life.
