There are many people that lose weight and then gain it back, or are consistently trying to lose weight but ultimately what people want is a sense of body freedom.

It felt like I was fighting my body 9 YEARS ago. It was so frustrating!!⁠

Bad back, sick parents, stressful career and menopause all added up to me experiencing a sudden gain around my waist. I ended up being two - three dress sizes larger in a very short period of time. I turned to all of the traditional approaches that had always worked for me in the past, 3-5 meals per day, personal training, shakes, supplements and cleanses … and nothing worked. ⁠
