Chicken and Spinach Meatballs

Tired of the same old meatballs? This Chicken and Spinach meatball recipe is easy to make and best of all delicious! These meatballs are a spin on the traditional and perfect with all your favorite pasta dishes. They are meatballs to make when you want to eat on the light side, without sacrificing flavor.


  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 oz spinach 
  • 1 teaspoon of salt 
  • 5 basil leaves
  • 2.5 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil 


1. Place all ingredients except for avocado oil in a food processor 

2. Form the meatballs (should be the size of a golf ball)

3. Coat the frying pan with the avocado oil 

4. Place meatballs in pan on medium heat, flipping occasionally, until they are cooked all the way through

5. Add your favorite pasta sauce and gluten free pasta for a quick and delicious meal
