Strawberry Smoothie, A Low Cal Summer Treat!

Its strawberry season!  Best time to make a low cal summer treat.

Makes 1 serving.


1 handful fresh or frozen strawberries

Flavored or powdered Stevia (try vanilla or milk chocolate liquid Stevia)

1 tbsp milk (optional)

Ice cubes

Directions: Blend together and serve in a tall glass. Garnish with a strawberry, lemon slice or mint leaf garnish if desired.   Add peaches, fresh raspberries, or make mixed fruit smoothies.
