Even when the pounds start to come off they still hide behind their baggy clothes and shrink away from compliments. 
It’s hard to feel confident in your own body, I get it! 
But so much of that is your mindset.
Today do something that makes you feel great about yourself. Be it a piece of clothing, dancing like no one’s watching, putting on some makeup, strutting around your kitchen, whatever!

One of the key “ingredients” to making any cha One of the key “ingredients” to making any changes to habits and lifestyle is accountability. 
In fact studies have shown that there is a very small subset of the people in the population (less than 10%) who can successfully make these types of changes in isolation.
Being accountable to somebody else or a group of people is often the missing “ingredient” for most people who embark on a weight loss journey.
Majority of my clients had come to realize that they needed accountability in order to stay on track with their goal to lose weight, hence why they decided to do one of my weight loss programs with great success.

It's All About Balance! It's mathematically and a It's All About Balance!
It's mathematically and also anatomically impossible for one serving of a healthy food or one serving of a treat to completely affect a healthy person's wellbeing.
However…
It's the continuous decisions that we make over time that lead to our overall health. 
That being said, it's important to make primarily healthy decisions but doing so allows us room to enjoy treats and other delicious foods within reason. 
As you make your new year resolutions (and for many that’s feeling healthier) make sure to enjoy your favorites in moderation, while focusing on improving your health during the majority of your day.
One thing wont make or break you, make sure to keep up with your consistency for long term results.
