Sweet Salsa Pork Chops

This pork chop recipe is my new favorite way to eat pork, hands down. But there’s so much more to this dish than simply grilling the meat. Bring some sweet and savory flavors to your dinner table with this sweet and salsa pork chop recipe from my AhealthierU App.


  • 2 pork chops
  • 1/4 of an apple
  • 1 radish
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • coconut oil for cooking
  • salt and pepper to taste 


  1. Chop up the apple, ginger and radish into small cubes
  2. Combine the chopped ingredients into a small bowl and mix well; this will be your salsa
  3. Coat a frying pan with a splash of coconut oil (about 1/2 tablespoon) 
  4. Fry pork chops until they are fully cooked 
  5. Plate pork chops
  6. With a spoon drizzle some djion mustard over the pork chop and top with salsa (can also be served on the side)
