Strawberry and Coconut Smoothie

strawberry and coconut smoothie

This tasty dairy free smoothie is great for a post workout meal or snack. Coconut milk or almond milk can be used to add healthy fat and little sugar. Use frozen strawberries to keep from diluting the smoothie.

Serves 1:

  • 8-10 frozen strawberries
  • 3 fresh strawberries
  • 8.5 oz. of coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon of almond butter

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients in the blender until smooth (about 5 minutes max). There should be enough to share but if you are really hungry, keep the whole amount to yourself.
