Spring is in the air and this is one my favourite meals this time of the year. Yet another delicious keto-friendly recipe that is included for my clients are part of my intermittent fasting Breakthrough Weight Loss Program.
6 oz. salmon filet
6 asparagus spears
2 cups of mixed greens
1 serving of Russian dressing (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Season the salmon with salt, freshly ground black pepper. Place over a sheet pan covered with foil. Cook salmon until it is no longer translucent and flakes easily with a fork.
- Steam the asparagus in a streamer basket over boiling water for 5-10 minutes until crisp-tender
- Combine the greens with the dressing and serve
Salmon: Atlantic raw (6.0 oz)
Asparagus, raw 6 spear tips (0.1 oz)
Salads: Tasty green mix, or organic salad mix 2 cups (1.2 oz)
