Here we are at the end of my 6 part video series about Rapid Weight and how I was able to lose weight successfully and keep it off for good. Finally, I get to share my overall results with you.
In 6 weeks, I lost 20 pounds! I dropped 2 sizes. And my skinny jeans from several years ago which I did keep, I can fit into again.
Here’s even more good news about this program and the results I had:
In total I lost 13.5 total body inches. Wow! Let me break it down some more…
Most important area was from my waist which was 3.5 inches.
The fat in the belly is the fat that contributes to the chronic illnesses associated with obesity. These include cardiovascular disease, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, some cancers as well as various inflammatory health issues. So from a health perspective it is the one of the key body measurements that I want to track over time and see decrease with my weight loss program.
What I have found most incredible as well is that I now have a way to easily manage my weight using a modified intermittent fasting approach. Now the majority of the time I eat a healthy diet but for the times when I do overindulge and gain a couple of pounds, I can easily get my weight back down to it’s new body set point within a 1 week. To me that is one of the best take aways from this entire process and the one which I am most excited about teaching my patients.
This gives them a very easy way to manage their weight which is so important since maintaining weight loss is often for most people more of an issue than actually losing the weight.
I had a patient say to me, that this is a Game Changer. She feels she can now go away for a weekend, enjoy herself and partake of the special foods and wine and not feel guilty, discouraged or afraid. She feels in control of her weight because she knows she has a healthy strategy to lose those pounds by the end of the following week.
