Steak & Cauliflower Mash, Amazing Keto Lunch or Dinner

A great recipe I recommend as part of an intermittent fasting program.

5 oz. Skirt steak, grilled or broiled
1 cup cauliflower, steamed
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1 TB butter
Add butter (or Ghee) & 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese to steamed cauliflower. Mash cauliflower, mozzarella and butter together. Serve with steak.


Beef: Top Loin Steak (New York Strip), lean & 1/8″ fat, raw 5 oz
Butters: Regular, salted 1 tablespoon (0.5 oz)

Cheese: Mozzarella, Whole Milk 0.25 cup, shredded (4.0 oz)
Cauliflower, raw 1 cup, pieces (3.5 oz)
