Shrimp Sauté: Quick simple a perfect meal for these crazy days

This recipe is so quick, simple and frozen shrimps are relatively easy to get still.  If possible, get west coast shrimps.  You can serve with a steamed vegetable or over a mixed greens salad.


4 oz. shrimp, peeled, de-veined and rinsed
1/2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 fl. oz. dry white wine
1 slice lemon

Directions: In a non-stick frying pan add the shrimp, garlic, parsley and wine. Sauté on medium heat until the shrimps are pink. Serve with fresh lemons

Garlic, raw 0.5 clove (0.1 oz)
Wines: White any variety (10% alc.) 0.5 oz
Fruit / Vegetable Juices: Lemon, fresh 1 wedge yields (0.2 fl. oz)
