This program is ideal if you would like to lose more than 15 pounds and prefer to work with me privately. It is the same as the FastLane 10 week program that you did the first time including the 6 week Losing Phase and 4 week Locking In Phase.
7 WEEK REPEAT PROGRAM

This program is ideal if you would like to lose less than 12 pounds and work with me privately. This 7 week program is shorter than the full program and includes 3 week Losing phase and 4 week Locking in Phase and you work with me privately.

This Group Program is ideal if you would like to lose more than 15 pounds. The weekly coaching sessions are done as a group, live and online held on Thursdays at 12 noon.
