During this first stage the focus is on burning body fat and resetting your metabolism with our signature 3 phase method. This approach is designed to optimize weight loss and establish a new, healthier body set point. The average loss is 20-25 lbs in the first 6-8 weeks. Our method not only helps you shed pounds efficiently but also sets the foundation for long-term success by aligning your metabolism with your new body goals.

Phase 1:  Loading Phase
Prime your body to utilize your body fat for fuel using a unique Nutrition Plan to stimulate your fat burning system

Phase 2: Losing Phase  
Utilize your body fat for fuel optimizing fat loss  while maintaining muscle with  the average weight loss being 20-25 lbs in 6-8 weeks. This is achieved by a Personalized Anti Inflammatory Nutritions plan, using your own food and using 2 Intermittent Fasting Strategies (Timed and Caloric) plus a supportive supplement, (included in program and only required during this phase). The supervision and check-ins ensure optimal fat loss, along with all the support to deal with any setbacks or plateaus plus mindset coaching to ensure consistency. 
 
Phase 3: Locking In

A. Master the 3 Pillars of Long Term Maintenance
Nutrition: Customize your plan after the Locking In Phase to a more flexible plan that will support weight maintenance, control inflammation, so that it will work for your preferences and busy lifestyle.
Exercise: Integrate a sustainable, personalized exercise plan that doesn’t require a huge time commitment. One of the key determinants is building muscle because it boosts metabolism and supports healthy aging.
Mindset: Address old beliefs and patterns around food and lifestyle that can lead to weight gain. Raising awareness and getting support to rewire these patterns in the early maintenance phase is key to anchoring in your new behaviours and mastering long-term weight management.
B. Establish Sustainable Routines Including Flexibility: 
Follow the 80/20 rule: eat healthily 80% of the time and enjoy indulgences 20% of the time without guilt. After setting up routines with the right food and exercise plans that work for you, we’ll show you how to add in more flexibility. This way, you avoid feeling trapped in a rigid lifestyle forever and you can find the balance between healthy habits and indulgences.
