Dr. Sher has over 25 years of clinical experience and is certified through The Institute of Lifestyle Medicine at Harvard Medical School. A trained chiropractor, she went on to expand into Lifestyle Medicine primarily focusing on weight loss, behavioral modification and stress and sleep management. 

With her ability to combine these biologically intertwined factors, she created a unique holistic weight loss method. Her personalized programs based on the most up-to-date research and coaching strategies help her clients achieve remarkable healthcare results.
